In a world that never stops moving, Nuée is an invitation to pause. We don’t "manufacture" yogurt; we allow it to *become*. Inspired by the sun-drenched dairies of the French countryside and the sacred reverence for milk in our Indian heritage, Nuée is a bridge between two worlds.
Inside the Glass
A2 Ancestral Purity
Nuée is sculpted from heritage A2 milk, prized for its easy digestion and ancestral purity. By honouring a slow-set ritual, we transform this liquid gold into a probiotic masterpiece. Devoid of the heaviness of modern alternatives, our yogurt achieves its signature silkiness through patience, not additives. It is wholesome, refined, and effortlessly light - a silken awakening for the modern palate.
The Living Microbiome
Beneath the surface lies a complex, invisible world. Our bespoke blend of S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, and the protective L. Reuteri and B. Infantis acts as a guardian for your gut. These aren’t just cultures; they are the architects of your wellbeing, refining the milk into a probiotic masterpiece. These live active cultures are the secret to Nuée’s gut-friendly glow and signature tang.
Nature’s Hidden Nectar
At the base of every jar lies a whisper of the earth. A delicate layer of sun-ripened fruit purée rests beneath the cream. No artificial syrups - just the fruit, and nothing else. No refined sugars, no shortcuts. Just a vibrant, botanical finish that complements the yogurt’s velvet body and rewards the spoon as it reaches the bottom of the glass.
The Curated Palette

The origin
A Tale of Two Terroirs - Nuée was born between a bustling Parisian boulangerie and the serene, misty mornings of a Himalayan dairy farm.
Our founder, a traveller with a penchant for the "Pot-Set" traditions of France, noticed a missing link back home in India. We had the world’s most ancient dairy culture, yet we lacked the refined, slow-fermented elegance of the French *yaourt*.
Nuée—French for "Cloud"—was created to fill that void. It is the marriage of Vedic purity and Gallic precision. We believe that luxury shouldn't be loud; it should be felt in the weight of a glass jar and the smooth, creamy finish of a perfectly cultured curd.
